تطور العقيدة الأمنية الجزائرية ومواجهة التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة في منطقة المغرب العربي

Résumé: تمحورت هذه الدراسة في تناول موضوع تطور العقيدة الأمنية الجزائرية ومواجهتها للتهديدات الأمنية الجديدة في منطقة المغرب العربي، إذ أن مسألة التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة، تعد من أبرز القضايا التي نالت اهتمام الباحثين بمختلف توجهاتهم الاستراتيجية والسياسية، حيث حاولت دراساتهم وبحوثهم تحليل ورصد تلك التهديدات على الكثير من الدول وخاصة في الفضاء المغاربي الذي تأثر بشكل كبير بتلك التهديدات. إن هذه الدراسة جاءت للبحث وتسليط الضوء على تطور العقيدة الأمنية الجزائرية ومواجهتها للتهديدات الأمنية الجديدة خاصة في منطقة المغرب العربي كما سلف وأن قلنا، حيث ركزنا على التصور الأمني الجزائري من خلال التطرق للعقيدة الامنية الجزائرية وتطورها، مع ابراز أهم مرتكزات تلك العقيدة. أما بالنسبة للجانب التحليلي لهذه الدراسة فقد ركزنا أكثر على التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة في المنطقة المغاربية ومن بينها : ظاهرة الإرهاب، والجريمة المنظمة والهجرة غير الشرعية...إلخ. كما سلطنا الضوء على التعاون الأمني المغاربي في هذا الشأن ومجابهة تلك التهديدات في المنطقة خاصة الجزائر محور الدراسة. This study focused on the topic of the development of the Algerian security faith and its confrontation with the new security threats in the Maghreb region, as the issue of new security threats is one of the most prominent issues that have attracted the attention of researchers with their various strategic and political orientations. Countries , especially in the Maghreb space , which have been greatly affected by these threats. This study came to research and shed light on the development of the Algerian security faith and its confrontation with the new security threats, especially in the Maghreb region, as we said before, where we focused on the Algerian security perception by addressing the Algerian security faith and its development, highlighting the most important pillars of that belief. As for the analytical aspect of this study, we focused more on the new security threats in the Maghreb, including: the phenomenon of terrorism, organized crime, illegal immigration ... etc. We also shed light on the Maghreb security cooperation in this regard and confronting those threats in the region, especially Algeria, the focus of the study.
