التدابير المؤقتة لمجلس المنافسة الجزائري: قراءة تحليلية في المبررات والنفاذ

Résumé: مكن المشرع الجزائري ضمن أحكام قانون المنافسة مجلس المنافسة من إقرار تدابير مؤقتة لوقف الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة متى كان يمكن أن تلحق ضررا بالمصلحة العامة الاقتصادية أو مصلحة المؤسسات المتضررة وإن كان من حق الاطراف الطعن في قرارات مجلس المنافسة بخصوص الممارسات المنافية للمنافسة أمام مجلس قضاء الجزائر إلا أن أثر الطعن قد يختلف بالنسبة للتدابير المؤقة.
