تأثير جائحة كورونا على تنفيذ الإتزامات التعاقدية وعلى التجارة الإلكترونية
Résumé: يعد فيروس كورونا من الفيروسات المعدية والتي فرضت على الدول اتخاذ إجراءات احترازية بغية الحد من انتشاره،حيث ترتب عنه إعلان حالة الطوارئ الصحية في معظم دول العالم، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان الإشكالات القانونية التي تثيرها هذه الجائحة، وتأثيرها خصوصا على تنفيذ الالتزامات التعاقدية وعلى التجارة الإلكترونية. Corona virus is a contagious virus this has imposed countries to take preventive measures to limit its spread, this resulted the declaration of a health emergency in most countries of the world, this study aims to identify the legal problems raised by this pandemic and its impact especially on the implementation of contractual obligations and on electronic commerce.
