مساهمة الوكالات السياحة والسفر في تنمية السياحة الداخلية في الجزائر _دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من الوكالات السياحية_

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة الوكالات السياحة والسفر في تنمية السياحة الداخلية بالجزائر وقد كانت إشكالية البحث كالتالي: هل تساهم الوكالات السياحة والسفر في تنمية السياحة الداخلية بالجزائر؟. حيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري للسياحة السياحة الداخلية والوكالات السياحية ثم تم القيام بدراسة استطلاعية على عينة من الوكالات مستخدمين الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مساهمة هذه الوكالات في تنمية السياحة الداخلية بالجزائر لا يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب وهذا راجع للعديد من الأسباب، أهمها التركيز على التنظيم السياحة الخارجية، وتصدير السياح، وكذا عدم توفر الهياكل والخدمات السياحية اللائقة،إضافة إلى ضعف التحفيزات من الجهات الوصية للقطاع بدلا من تنشيط السياحة الداخلية التي تعاني من إهمال وتهميش. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the contribution of travel and tourism agencies to the development of domestic tourism in Algeria. The research problem was as follows: Do travel and tourism agencies contribute to the development of domestic tourism in Algeria? Where the theoretical aspect of tourism, domestic tourism and tourism agencies, was addressed, then an exploratory study was conducted on a sample of agencies, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study concluded that the contribution of these agencies to the development of domestic tourism in Algeria is not up to the required level and this is due to many reasons, , the most important of which is the focus on organizing foreign tourism, exporting tourists, as well as the lack of adequate tourist structures and services, in addition to the weak incentives from the guardians of the sector instead of revitalizing domestic tourism, which suffers from neglect and marginalization.
