تقييم مدى جاذبية مناخ الأعمال الجزائـــــري للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في ظل قانون الاستثمار الجديد 2008-2022
Résumé: This study addresses the role of the new investment law in improving the business climate in Algeria to attract foreign direct investment. The new law is considered one of the reforms and new regulatory measures that provide guarantees and incentives to attract both foreign and local investors to invest in Algeria. It involves reorganizing institutions related to investment and addressing complaints from investors, as well as reducing investment-related procedures. This law has the potential to improve Algeria's rankings in international indicators in the future and address economic problems such as its dependence on the hydrocarbon sector, inflation, and unemployment. It is expected to attract more foreign direct investment and increase the number of local projects, lifting some restrictions and contributing to future growth.
