القدرة التنبؤية لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي بمستوى روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين

Résumé: يهـــدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة الكشـــف عـــن القدرة التنبؤية لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي بمستوى روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، حيث تكونــــت عينــــة الدراســــة مــــن 143 من طلبة جامعة الجزائر2، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي أين تـــم اســـتخدام مقياس رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي المعدّ من طرف (Luthans & all, 2007) واستبيان روح المقاولاتية المعدّ من طرف (لفقير، 2017). توصلت النتـــائج إلـــى وجـــود مســـتوى مرتفــع لرأس المال النفسي الإيجابي ولروح المقاولاتية لــدى عينة الدراسة، كما أكدت على وجــــود علاقــات ارتباطيــــة طردية وقدرة تنبؤية لرأس المال النفسي الإيجابي بنسبة 50.6 بظهور روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة بجامعة الجزائر2. The study aimed to reveal the predictive ability of the dimensions of positive psychological capital at the level of entrepreneurship among university students, the study sample consisted of 143 students from the University of Algiers2. The study relied on the descriptive method and used the positive psychological capital scale prepared by (Luthans & all, 2007), and the entrepreneurial spirit questionnaire prepared by (Lafkir, 2017). The results of the study indicated a high level of positive psychological capital and of entrepreneurship among the study sample, and also confirmed the existence of direct statistically significant correlations and also confirmed the presence of a predictive ability of positive psychological capital by 50.6 in the emergence of entrepreneurship spirit among students at the University of Algiers2.
