دور قائمة التدفقات النقدية للخزينة كأحدى مخرجات نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في تطوير الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة التسيير السياحي بسكرة( E G T B).

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية قائمة التدفقات النقدية كأحدي مخرجات نظام المعلومات المحاسبية من خلال استخدام المؤشرات المالية المشتقة منها، ودورها في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة وصولا إلي تطويره، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة نظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة أولا وصولا إلي الدراسة التطبيقية بمؤسسة التسيير السياحي بسكرة التي من خلالها قمنا بحساب المؤشرات المشتقة منها وتحليلها وتفسيرها حيث كانت النتيجة موضحة للدور المهم الذي تمثله هذه القائمة من تغطيها أولا لنقص الموجود في القوائم الأخرى وهذا لما تستطيع هذه القائمة من دراسته من خلال إعطاء صورة واضحة عن الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة من خلال معرفة مدي قدرتها على توليد النقدية وتقييم سيولتها وجودة الربحية والسياسات المالية لها وهو ما يقود المؤسسة إلي التقييم ومنه تطوير أدائها المالي. The study aimed to highlight the importance of the cash flow list as one of the outputs of the accounting information system through the use of financial indicators derived from it, and its role in evaluating the financial performance of the institution and up to its development, and to achieve this goal we have studied the theory of the study variables first up to the applied study in the tourism management institution in biskra Through which we computed the indicators derived from them, analyzed and interpreted where the result was illustrated by the important role that this list represents, it is first covered by the lack of existing in the other lists and this is what this list can study by giving a picture Of a clear financial position of the institution by knowing the extent of its ability to generate cash and evaluate the quality of liquidity and profitability of its financial policies, which leads the institution to which the assessment and the development of its financial performance.
