إشكالية تفعيل دور جمعيات المجتمع المدني في الجزائر من خلال تعزيز آليات الممارسة الديمقراطية الداخلية

Résumé: ملخص: يستهدف هذا المقال محاولة إبراز مواطن الضعف في فعالية دور جمعيات المجتمع المدني في الجزائر والمرتبطة خاصة ببيئتها الداخلية. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن مؤشرات البيئة الداخلية للجمعيات خاصة غياب ثقافة الحوار وضعف التداول على مناصب المسؤولية تؤثر بشكل كبير سلبيا في أداء أدوارها، وهو ما يتطلب ضرورة تعزيز مبادئ وآليات الممارسة الديمقراطية داخل الجمعيات. :Abstract This article aims at highlighting the weaknesses in the effectiveness of the role of civil society associations in Algeria, which are related to its internal environment. It was concluded that the indicators of the internal environment of the associations, especially the absence of a culture of dialogue and the weak circulation of positions of responsibility, greatly affect the performance of their roles, which requires the need to strengthen the principles and mechanisms of democratic practice within the associations.
