قراءة في المفاوضات الجزائرية الفرنسية اتفاقيات ايفيان انموذجا

Résumé: ملخص تعتبر اتفاقيات ايفيان الموقعة بين الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية و الحكومة الفرنسية في 18 مارس 1962 محطة تاريخية رئيسية و نقطة تحول حاسمة في تاريخ الجزائر الحديث و المعاصر و هي تسجل في آن واحد نهاية مرحلة و بداية مرحلة تاريخية أخرى أي مرحلة بين فترتين زمنيتين مختلفتين تماما . ومن الأمور الملفتة للجدل و الانتباه أن هذه الاتفاقية التاريخية مازالت لحد الساعة تثير النقاشات الأكاديمية و السياسية و الأيديولوجية وهذا لما تنطوي عليه نصوصها من أبعاد لها آثار على المستقبل الجزائر الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي و السياسي و العسكري و الثقافي . من خلال هذا المقال سوف نتناول مجريات و ظروف التوقيع على اتفاقيات ايفيان و إبراز تأثير هذه الاتفاقيات على العلاقة بين الجزائر و فرنسا و التي لا تزال محل جدال إلى يومنا هذا. كما سوف نقوم بتسليط الضوء على المجهودات الجبارة و الدور المميز الذي قام به المفاوض الجزائري منذ البداية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجزائر ، فرنسا ، ايفيان ، العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية Résumé Dans cet article nous proposons une réflexion sur les accorts signés entre le gouvernement provisoire de la République Algérienne et le gouvernement Français connue sous le nom les accorts d’Evian et leurs impacts sur les relations entres l’Algérie et la France Il ya lieu de signaler la polémique qui demeure toujours d’actualité sur ses accords et leurs impacts sur l’Algérie indépendante. Ce sujet se base sur le rôle et les efforts des négociateurs Algériens depuis l’entame des négociations afin de consolider l’indépendance du pays . Abstract / The aim of this paper to slow case the circonstances of the Evian treaty between the algerian provisional government and french government on march 18th 1962, and to show the impact of these treaties on the commun relationship between algeria an France ( the two countries) that remain unsolved thil now. This paper will be based on the algerian negociators role and efforts from the begining of the negociations until the concretization of the independance day of the country.
