تقييم الأداء الإستراتيجي بإستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن دراسة تطبيقية في المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار - حاسي مسعود- خلال الفترة ( 2012-2015)
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيف تساهم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقيم الأداء الاستراتيجي للمؤسسة ،حيث وقع اختيارنا على "المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار Ensp " –حاسي مسعود- باعتبارها واحدة من اكبر المؤسسات النفطية ، وقد اعتمدنا على أسلوب دراسة الحالة وعلى تقنية المقابلة، وقد تم دراسة جميع محاور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في المؤسسة . وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها أن المؤسسة تعتمد على جميع محاور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في قياس أدائها الاستراتيجي ، وذلك لارتباط كل المحاور ببعضها داخل المؤسسة This study aimed at finding out how the balanced performance card contributes to the evaluation of the strategic performance of the institution , Where we have chosen" the National Corporation for wells services) Ensp "( -HASSI MESSAOUD- ، one of the larges oil institutions, and we have relied on the case study methodology and the technique of the interview has been studied all the axes of balanced performance card.
