Le Patrimoine Culturel Matériel Et Immatériel En Algérie Entre Les Connotations Identitaires Et La Valorisation Touristique Approche Sur La Ville De Constantine

Résumé: Résumé : L’objectif de cet article est la valorisation de notre patrimoine culturel par ses deux aspects matériel et immatériel, et c'est l'un des thématiques majeures de l’anthropologie sociale et culturelle. Ceci dit le patrimoine culturel ne se réduit pas seulement à un secteur de tradition mais plutôt un capital symbolique dans la dimension identitaire et un essor du secteur touristique notamment « le tourisme culturel » qui a contribué au processus de développement économique dans de nombreux pays du monde ; Ainsi, il est devenu comme l'une des ressources importantes dans les opérations et les projets de développement global. Dans une approche ethnographique à travers une étude de terrain (en préparation de la thèse de doctorat) notre article se présente comme une description plutôt qualitative d’une ville Algérienne qui est Constantine afin d’expliciter : -la manière de valoriser les potentialités patrimoniales et culturelles de cette ville ce qui disputera la question des connotations identitaires du patrimoine culturel national. - la possibilité de concrétiser une promotion touristique de notre secteur touristique à parler du « tourisme culturel ». - la contribution du secteur touristique notamment le « tourisme culturel » dans notre pays au processus de développement économique. Abstract : The objective of this article is the enhancement of our cultural heritage through its two tangible and intangible aspects, and this is one of the major themes of social and cultural anthropology. That said, cultural heritage is not reduced only to a traditional sector but rather a symbolic capital in the dimension of identity and a boom in the tourism sector, in particular "cultural tourism" which has contributed to the process of economic development in many countries of the world. ; Thus, it has become as one of the important resources in the operations and overall development projects. In an ethnographic approach through a field study (in preparation for the doctoral thesis) our article is presented as a rather qualitative description of an Algerian city which is Constantine in order to clarify: - The way to enhance the heritage and cultural potential of this city, which will dispute the question of the identity connotations of the national cultural heritagehe possibility of realizing a tourism promotion of our tourism sector by talking about "cultural tourism". - The contribution of the tourism sector, in particular “cultural tourism” in our country to the process of economic development. الملخص الهدف من هذا المقال هو تعزيز تراثنا الثقافي من خلال جوانبه المادية واللامادية، ويعد هذا الموضوع أحد الموضوعات الرئيسية للأنثروبولوجيا الاجتماعية والثقافية. ومع ذلك، لا يقتصر التراث الثقافي على قطاع تقليدي فحسب، بل هو رأس مال رمزي في بُعد الهوية وطفرة في قطاع السياحة، ولا سيما "السياحة الثقافية" التي ساهمت في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية في العديد من بلدان العالم. وبالتالي، فقد أصبح من الموارد المهمة في العمليات ومشاريع التنمية الشاملة. في مقاربة إثنوغرافية من خلال دراسة ميدانية (تحضيراً لأطروحة الدكتوراه) يتم تقديم مقالتنا على أنها وصف نوعي إلى حد ما لمدينة جزائرية هي قسنطينة من أجل توضيح: - طريقة تعزيز التراث والإمكانات الثقافية لهذه المدينة، الأمر الذي سيناقش مسألة دلالات الهوية للتراث الثقافي الوطني. - إمكانية تحقيق الترويج السياحي لقطاعنا السياحي للحديث عن "السياحة الثقافية". - مساهمة قطاع السياحة، ولا سيما "السياحة الثقافية" في بلادنا في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية. التراث الثقافي المادي وغير المادي في الجزائر بين دلالات الهوية والترويج السياحي
