الإبداع التكنولوجي كخيار لتحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة الخزف الصحي بسيدي عكاشة – الشلف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإبداع التكنولوجي في تحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية بالإسقاط على مؤسسة الخزف الصحي بسيدي عكاشة بالشلف، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعتمد على تحليل وتفسير المعطيات واستخلاص النتائج من خلال إجراء مقابلات مع بعض المسؤولين في المؤسسة، إضافة إلى الملاحظات الميدانية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تنتهج الإبداع التدريجي، حيث قامت بإجراء تعديلات وتحسينات على منتجاتها حتى تتوافق ورغبات الزبائن وهذا ما يسمى بإبداع المنتج وقد اثر ذلك على زيادة حصتها السوقية، كما قامت بتحسين وتطوير عملياتها الإنتاجية وذلك بإدخال آلات جديدة ومتطورة وهذا ما يدخل ضمن إبداع العملية مما أدى إلى تحسين كفاءتها الإنتاجية خاصة من ناحية الجودة، الكمية والوقت. This study aims to highlighting the role of technological innovation in improving productivity efficiency of economic institution enterprise taking sanitary Wares Factory in Sidi Akkacha-Chlef as an example. We used the descriptive analytical approach which is based on analyzing data and this draw conclusion through interviewing the enterprise officiates and observation This study concluded that the former institution pursues progressive innovation where it conducted the customers’ wishes. This is called product innovation which increased its market share. The institution also has improved their production processes by introducing new sophisticated machines what goes into the creativity process resulting in the improvement of its production efficiency especially in terms of time, quality and quantity.
