إدارة الفائض التأميني في شركات التأمين التكافلي -دراسة حالة شركة سلامة للتأمينات فرع غليزان-

Résumé: ملخص: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة إدارة الفائض التأميني في شركات التأمين التكافلي، الذي تتضح من خلاله صورة التضامن والتكافل بين أفراد المجتمع في دفع الأضرار والتقليل من حجم المخاطر المؤمنة، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموع الاشتراكات التي تدفع على سبيل التبرع. وتوصلنا إلى أهمية نظام توزيع الفائض التأميني في تحقيق الموازنة بين مبدأ التكافل، وتحقيق العدالة والمساواة بين أعضاء هيئة المشتركين، مما يساهم في ترسيخ فكرة التأمين التكافلي الإسلامي، ويؤكد مصداقية شركات التأمين التكافلي والتزامها بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن صناعة التأمين التكافلي في شركة سلامة للتأمينات لا تزال ضعيفة وهذا بسبب قلة اعتمادها على أساليب وآليات حديثة ومتطورة في هذا المجال. Abstract: In this study we dealt with the management of the insurance surplus in the Takaful insurance companies, through which the image of solidarity and solidarity between members of society is clear in paying damages and reducing the size of insured risks, depending on the total contributions paid as a donation. We concluded the importance of the insurance surplus distribution system in achieving a balance between the principle of solidarity and achieving justice and equality among the members of the subscribers' body, which contributes to consolidating the idea of Islamic Takaful insurance, And confirms the credibility of the Takaful insurance companies and their commitment to the provisions of Islamic Sharia, The study also showed that the Takaful insurance industry in Salama Insurance Company is still weak and this is due to its lack of reliance on modern and advanced methods and mechanisms in this field.
