Résumé: This study aims to identify the role of tax auditing in improving the quality of tax declaration ,especially in light of the complexities of the tax system and the laws established by the tax legislator, the lack of understanding these laws results in the bearing of tax risks , including penalties and fines given that tax auditing is an important factor in the declarative tax system ,we conducted survey questions indicated that auditing plays a positive role in achieving tax effectiveness in terms of the tax audit program the scientific and practical qualifications of the tax auditor and the accuracy and credibility of tax audit operations.
