Résumé: ملخص: شجَّع التطوُّر المُتَسارع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (TIC) على مدى العقدين الماضيين عددًا متزايدًا من الباحثين على دراسة وقياس تأثير هذه التكنولوجيا على النمو الاقتصادي، تهدف دراستنا إلى تحديد وتقييم تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبعض الدول العربية لمدة 19 سنة (2000-2018)، وما يميِّز هذه الورقة البحثية هي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الصفة الحركية والديناميكية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبعض الدول العربية باستخدام بيانات بانيل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: تأثير عدد المشتركين في خدمة الانترنت وتأثير عدد خطوط الهاتف النقال، وعدد خطوط الهاتف الثابت ونصيب الفرد من الناتج في الفترة السابقة ذو تأثير موجب على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة الدِّراسة. Abstract The accelerating development of information and communication technology (ICT) over the past two decades has encouraged an increasing number of researchers to study and measure the impact of this technology on economic growth. Our study aims to identify and evaluate the impact of the use of information and communication technology on economic growth in Algeria and some Arab countries for a period of 19 years (2000 -2018), and what distinguishes this research paper is the consideration of the dynamic and dynamic character of information and communication technology and economic growth in Algeria and some Arab countries, using Panel data, and the study found that: The effect of the number of subscribers in the Internet service, the effect of the number of mobile phone lines, the number of fixed telephone lines and the per capita output in the previous period had a positive effect on the economic growth in the countries of the study sample
