واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي في الأسواق الناشئة العربية دراسة حالة بورصة قطر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى جاذبية بورصة قطر للمستثمر الأجنبي باعتبارها أحد الأسواق الدولية مند عام 2014، وذلك بعد رفع تصنيفها إلى سوق ناشئة من طرف كلا من مؤسسة مورغان ستانلي وستاندار أند بورز. ولقد توصلنا إلى أن قطر تستقطب الاستثمار الأجنبي رغم تأثرها الواضح بالتطورات الاقتصادية والسياسية الحاصلة في المنطقة العربية والعالم وكذلك تدفق استثمارات المقيمين إلى الخارج، كما تتمتع بورصة قطر بجاذبية عالية للمستثمرين الأجانب أفراد ومؤسسات وهم يساهمون بشكل معتبر في رفع حجم التداول ودرجة سيولة السوق المالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستثمار الأجنبي، الاستثمار المحفظي، سوق الأوراق المالية، بورصة قطر، قطر. Abstract This study aims to reveal the reality of Foreign investment in the State of Qatar, and the attractiveness of the Qatar Stock Exchange to foreign investors, as an international market since 2014 after raising its rating to an emerging market by both Morgan Stanley and Standard & Poor's. We have concluded that Qatar is attracting Foreign investment, despite being clearly influenced by economic and political developments in the Arab region and the world, as well as the flows of residents' investments to abroad. The Qatar Exchange is also highly attractive to both foreign and institutional investors and contributes significantly to increasing trading volume and market liquidity.
