الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي، والتعرف على مستوى كل من الصلابة النفسية ومستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي، والفروق بين أفراد العينة في مستوى الصلابة النفسية والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى أفراد العينة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي المقارن، واستحدمنا في دراستنا العينة القصدية التي تكونت من ستون مريضا ذكورا واناثا خاضعين لتصفية الدم في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بتابلاط ، وتم تطبيق مقياس الصلابة النفسية من إعداد (أحمد مخيمر) (2002) والمكيف من طرف كمال وآخرون سنة (1985).ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة من إعداد (مجدي الدسوقي) (1998)، وتم التأكد من خصائصهم السيكو مترية. وقد أظهرت توصلت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي منخفض. - مستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي مرتفع. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة قوية دالة إحصائيا في الصلابة النفسية والرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تعزى لمتغير مدة العلاج ولصالح أقل من 5 سنوات. Study summary: The study aimed to identify psychological hardiness and its relationship to satisfaction with life among patients with renal failure, and to identify the level of both psychological hardiness and the level of satisfaction with life among patients with renal failure, and the differences between the sample individuals in the level of psychological hardiness and to reveal differences in the level of satisfaction with life. among the sample members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample amounted to (60 patients, including males and females, subject to blood transfusion at the public hospital institution in Tablat, Mr. Hayman Muhammad and his sisters. The application of the psychological hardiness scale was prepared by (Ahmed Mukha Imer) and the life satisfaction scale was prepared by (Magdy Al-Dasuki). and their psychometric properties were confirmed. The results of the study showed the following: - There is a strong, positive, statistically significant correlation in psychological hardiness and life satisfaction among patients with renal failure. -The level of psychological hardiness among patients with renal failure is low. The level of life satisfaction among patients with renal failure is high. - - There are statistically significant differences in psychological hardiness among patients with renal failure due to the gender variable in favor of males. - There are statistically significant differences in life satisfaction among patients with renal failure due to the variable duration of treatment, in favor of less than five years.
