استخلاص وتحديد الخصائص الفيزيوكيميائية للزيت ودراسة نظرية بنيوية للأبجنين المعزول من Cupressus Sempervirens L.نبتة
Résumé: The objective of this work is to extract the vegetable oil of Cuperssus sempervirnes L. from the Ouargla region and to determine its physicochemical properties. The extraction by Soxhlet gave a yield of (6%), the saponification index was 28,055, the peroxide index was 5.2, and the refractive index value was 1.4645. We also discussed previous phytochemical studies of some of the most important secondary metabolites isolated from the plant Cuperssus sempervirnes L. In particular, apigenine, which we modeled in molecular structure with Hyperchem (8.0) program. Its QSAR properties were determined by three modeling methods: molecular mechanics (MM) and two semi-empiric methods of quantum mechanics (CNDO-PM3).
