الحماية الجنائية للطفل في التشريع الدولي والوطني

Résumé: ان حق الطفل في الحماية هو حق مكفول بموجب مختلف قواعد القوانين الدولية والوطنية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بحماية الطفل بصفته ضحية من مختلف الانتهاكات التي قد تطاله أو أحد حقوقه، كذلك له حق في الحماية من ظاهرة الجنوح أو الانحراف، لذلك سعى المجتمع الدولي جاهدا الى ايجاد مجموعة من القواعد القانونية التي تكفل حماية الطفل الجانح وتضمن له تدابير واجراءات تعمل على إصلاحه وإعادة ادماجه في المجتمع، وهو كذلك ما سعت اليه الجزائر من خلال مختلف التشريعات التي نصت على حماية حقوق الاطفال خاصة ما جاء به القانون رقم 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل. Abstract The child's right to protection is a right guaranteed under the various rules of international and national laws, especially protecting the child as a victim from the various violations that affect him, as well as protecting him from the phenomenon of delinquency. Therefore, the international community created a set of rules that guarantee the protection of the delinquent child and guarantee him measures and procedures It is working to reform it and reintegrate it into society, which is what Algeria has sought through various legislations, especially what was stated by Law. 12-15 on child protection.
