دور تكتل البريكس في تحولات النظام الإقتصادي الدولي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى استكناه تأثير ظهور مجموعة بريكس الاقتصادية كتكتل اقتصادي عالمي ناشئ وصاعد على مجمل العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية وتفاعلاتها، وعلى اتجاهات التنافس الاقتصادي العالمي بين الكتلة الرأسمالية العو لمية التي تقودها الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وحلفائها من الدول الصناعية الغربية الرأسمالية، ومجموعة الدول الصاعدة اقتصاديا وتكنولوجيا والتي تروم احداث تعديلات ومراجعات في هيكل النظام الاقتصادي العالمي المأزوم، والتي تأتي دول تكتل البريكس في مقدمتها. خاصة بعد سلسلة الأزمات المالية والنقدية والهيكلية التي باتت تعصف بمجمل الاقتصاد العالمي. فهذه الدراسة تحاجج في مدى إمكانية تكتل البريكس في خلق مؤسسات مالية ونقدية تؤسس من خلالها لبناء نظام اقتصادي أكثر استقرارا واستقلالية. The article seeks to scrutinize the effect of the emanation of the BRICS economicgroup as an emerging overall international economic relations and interactions, and on thetrends of economic competition between the bloc Global capitalism that are governed by theUnited States of America and its allies from Capitalist Western industrialized countries, and Thegroup of economically and technologically emerging countries, which aims to make adjustmentsand revisions in the structure of the world economic system, which is in the forefront of BRICSbloc. Especially after the series of financial, monetary and structural crises that are ravaging theentire world economy. The current article contends with the extent to which the BRICSconglomerate can create financial and monetary institutions through which building a morestable and independent economic system.
