أهمية الطاقة الشمسية في تأمين إمدادات الطاقة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع الطاقات الأحفورية كأهم مصادر الإمداد بالطاقة في الجزائر، ومدى مساهمة هذه المصادر في ميزان الطاقة الجزائري، رغم أن هذه الطاقات تعد سبب من أسباب المشاكل البيئية والأزمات الاقتصادية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة البحث عن طاقات متجددة، قصد تأمين إمدادات الطاقة، وأن الجزائر تخطط لاستبدال تدريجي للطاقات الأحفورية، من خلال مصادر الطاقة المتجددة خاصة الطاقة الشمسية، كما أن الطاقة الشمسية، وتطويرها، هو واحد من بين أهم اهتمامات السياسات الطاقوية في الجزائر، ومن بين الأهداف التي وضعتها الحكومة الجزائرية، وتمتلك الجزائر قدرات هامة من الطاقات الطاقة الشمسية، وهو ما يتطلب وضع سياسات لتطوير وتنمية آليات استغلال هذا المصدر، ويتحقق ذلك طبعا عن طريق الاقتناع التام بضرورة استغلال هذا المصدر، بدلا من مصادر الطاقة الأحفورية، وبالتالي أصبحت الطاقة الشمسية ضرورة من ضرورات التنمية المعاصرة، كونها باتت شرطا أساسيا من شروط استدامة التنمية. This study aims to highlight the reality of fossil energies as the most important sources of energy supply in Algeria, and the extent of these sources contribute to the Algerian energy balance, although these energies are one of the causes of environmental problems and economic crises energy, Algeria is planning a gradual replacement of fossil energies through renewable energy sources, especially solar energy. Solar energy, and its development, is one of the most important concerns of energy policies in Algeria, among the goals set by the Algerian government. This requires the establishment of policies to develop and develop mechanisms for the exploitation of this source, and this is achieved of course by fully convinced of the need to exploit this source, rather than fossil energy sources, and thus solar energy has become a necessity of contemporary development, as it has become a prerequisite Of sustainable development conditions.
