دور الإنفاق الحكومي في تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية في الجزائر وفق مربع كالدور دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990-2021)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على متغيرات مربع كالدور في الجزائر، باستخدام بيانات سنوية للفترة (2021-1990) وبالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL كأداة للقياس. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للإنفاق الحكومي في الرفع من معدل النمو الاقتصادي وتخفيض معدلي البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر، في حين لم يحقق التوازن في ميزان المدفوعات بسبب طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري ووجود عوامل أخرى مؤثرة في هذا الأخير غير مدرجة في النموذج المعتمد. This study aims to investigate the impact of government spending on variables such as the role square in Algeria, using annual data for the period (1990-2021) and relying on the ARDL model as a measurement tool. The study concluded that there is a positive effect of government spending in raising the growth rate The economy and the reduction of unemployment and inflation rates in Algeria, while it did not achieve balance in the balance of payments due to the nature of the Algerian economy and the presence of other factors affecting the latter that are not included in the approved model.
