مخطوط "رسالة في مصطلح الحديث" للعلامة محمد السعيد بن محيي الدين الجزائري (ت 1277 هـ) -وصفاً وتقديماً- Manuscript “rissala Fi Mostalah Al Hadith” By Mohamed Said Bin Mohieddine Al Hasani Al Jazairi (1861) Introductory Descriptive Study

Résumé: الملخص: تُعد دراسة المخطوطات من أهم وسائل التعريف بجهود العلماء السابقين، ويعتبر الشيخ محمد السعيد بن محيي الدين الجزائري (ت1277هـ/1861م) من العلماء المغمورين، لذا جاء هذا البحث للتعريف به وإحياء تراثه من خلال مخطوطه: "رسالة في مصطلح الحديث". وتمثلت الإشكالية في غيابه من فهرس دار الكتب القطرية، على الرغم من وجوده في مجموع بخط يد مؤلفه، واتضح بعد البحث والتدقيق أن هذا المخطوط أغفله المفهرس؛ لكونه ورد مباشرة بعد حاشيته على "زوال الترح" في مصطلح الحديث، مما استدعى إثبات كونه منفصلا عن سابقه. وقد اعتمد البحث منهج تحقيق المخطوطات في إثبات صحة نسبته للمؤلف، وأسفر البحث عن صحة نسبة الكتاب لصاحبه بلا شك. وأن أكثر مؤلفات العلامة محمد السعيد محفوظة في مجموع بخط يده بدار الكتب القطرية، وأن العلامة محمد السعيد تبوّأ مكانة علمية مرموقة، تظهر من خلال ثناء العلماء عليه. Abstract This research consists of a study and a presentation of the manuscript “ Rissala fi Mostalah al Ḥadith”, by Mohamed Said Bin Mohieddine al Hasani al Jazairi (1861). He is the elder brother of Emir Abdel Qader al Hasani al Jazairi. The topic of the manuscript, as its name shows, revolves around the terminology of the Ḥadith. We want to make known the manuscript in order to edit it in the upcoming studies because the manuscript has never been edited. The paper includes the background about the writer and the manuscript. We used the descriptive and historical methods. Findings show that most of the publications of Mohamed Said are preserved in the Qatari Books House, in a collection written by hand, and that the indexer did not mention this manuscript. Moreover, Mohamed Said had a venerable scientific position that manifests in the praise of the other scholars to him and in his legacy in various arts. Finally, we recommend the editors to take care of the legacy of the Algerian scholars in the various arts and sciences.
