الدبلوماسية البرلمانية: دراسة في دور البرلمان الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف المقال إلى توضيح الدبلوماسية البرلمانية عبر التركيز على دور البرلمان الجزائري، حيث يتناول مفهوم الدبلوماسية البرلمانية وتطوره، ثم شرح صور تطور البرلمان الجزائري، فضلا عن موقع المؤسسة البرلمانية الجزائرية من صنع السياسة الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى شرح واقع الدبلوماسية البرلمانية الجزائرية؛ خاصة الانخراط في المنظمات البرلمانية الدولية والإقليمية، وكذلك المشاركة في الأنشطة البرلمانية والتعاون، وتأسيس لجان ومجموعات الصداقات البرلمانية. Abstract: This article aims to clarify parliamentary diplomacy, focusing on the role of the Algerian parliament, discussing the concept of parliamentary diplomacy and explaining the evolution of the Algerian parliament, as well as the role of the Algerian parliamentary institution, In addition to explaining the reality of Algerian parliamentary diplomacy, in particular accession in international and regional parliamentary organizations, as well as participation in parliamentary activities and cooperation, the creation of parliamentary friendship groups.
