مفهوم المعاهدات الدولية و تصنيفاتها

Résumé: الملخص: المعاهدات هي أحد أهم مصادر القانون الدولي إن لم نقل أنها المصدر الاساسي لها، ولقد احتلت المركز الذي كان يشغله العرف الدولي ودون ادنى شك فإن دراسة المعاهدات الدولية يستوجب بداية التعرض لمجمل التعاريف مع تحديد أنواعها، ومن خلال اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات لسنة 1969 كان للمعاهدات الدولية دورا بارزا ولازال فيما وصل اليه القانون الدولي العام اليوم في الكثير من المجالات خصوصا ما تعلق بتنظيم العلاقات الدولية، وقد تدخل الفقه في وضع عدة تعاريف للمعاهدات والتي في مجملها متقاربة إلى حد كبير . Abstract: Treaties are one of the most important sources of international law, if we did not say that they are the main source for it, and they occupied the position that was occupied by international custom. Without a doubt, the study of international treaties requires the beginning of exposure to all definitions with defining their types, and through the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969, international treaties were A prominent role, and still is, in what public international law has reached today in many areas, especially with regard to the organization of international relations.
