Résumé: ملخص: مال كتاب المسرح الجزائري منذ إنشائه إلى استلهام نصوصه من أشكال التراث الشعبي المتنوعة، وقد اختلفت الأهداف في توظيف هذه الأشكال والميل إليها من كاتب لآخر، لكن البعض منهم جعل منه تأصيلا لظهور شكل مسرحي جديد تحت عنوان التجريب في المسرح، وآخرون جعلوه موطنا لربط الجماهير الشعبية بتراثه خاصة وأن فترة ظهور المسرح الجزائري تزامنت مع وجود الاستعمار في الجزائر ومحاولاته المتعددة في طمس الهوية الجزائرية، وجعله البعض الآخر إضفاء وتزاوج ثقافي لما يزخر به التراث من رموز وإيحاءات دلالية تساعد الكاتب في معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية السائدة.
