Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعد بوابة النظريات اللسانية الغربية بدءا من أفكار اللغوي (فرديناند دي سوسير) إذْ أكدَ أن موضوع اللسانيات يتجلى في وصف اللغة باعتبارها بنية مترابطة المستويات: الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية المعجمية، مرورا بمبادئ الوظيفيين الذين اهتموا بوصف البناء اللغوي وربطه بالجانب التفسيري من خلال الدور الذي يقوم به العنصر اللساني سواء كان فونيما أو مورفيما أو تركيبيا، وهذا يتوافق مع كثير من مباحث الدراسات اللغوية التراثية العربية. his study aims to shed light on the descriptive approach, which is the gateway to Western linguistic theories, starting with the ideas of the linguist (Ferdinand de Saussure), as he emphasized that the subject of linguistics is reflected in the description of language as an interconnected structure of levels: phonetic, morphological, syntactic and lexical semantics, passing through the principles of functionalists who were concerned with describing Linguistic structure and linking it to the explanatory aspect through the role played by the linguistic component, whether it is phonema, morphema or synthetic, and this is consistent with many of the investigations of Arabic heritage linguistic studies.
