التسويق الرقمي وأثره على سلوك المستهلك

Résumé: يعد التسويق الرقمي أحدث آليات التسويق التي تعتمدها المؤسسات في ترويج منتجاتها وخدماتها، حيث لا يوجد حدود مكانية ولا زمانية لوصول هذه المنتجات والخدمات للمستهلك، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتسويق الرقمي، وكذا سلوك المستهلك من حيث المفاهيم والعوامل المؤثرة عليه، وتبيان أثر التسويق الرقمي على سلوك المستهلك. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: للتسويق الرقمي أثر إيجابي على سلوك المستهلك في اتخاذه لقراراته الشرائية، يساهم التسويق الرقمي في تعزيز قدرة المستهلك على اتخاذ قرارات شراء أكثر وعيًا من خلال توفير العروض والمعلومات بشكل مستمر مما يسمح له بالمفاضلة بين المنتجات. يؤدي استخدام التسويق الرقمي إلى تقليل الوقت اللازم لاتخاذ قرارات الشراء ويرجع ذلك إلى سهولة الوصول إلى المعلومات والمقارنة بين الخيارات المتاحة Abstract: Digital marketing is the latest marketing mechanism adopted by institutions to promote their products and services, as there are no spatial or temporal limits for these products and services to reach the consumer. This study aims to present some concepts related to digital marketing, as well as consumer behavior in terms of concepts and factors affecting it, and to clarify the impact of digital marketing on consumer behavior. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: Digital marketing has a positive impact on consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. Digital marketing contributes to enhancing the consumer's ability to make more informed purchasing decisions by providing offers and information on an ongoing basis, allowing him to compare products. The use of digital marketing reduces the time required to make purchasing decisions due to the ease of accessing information and comparing available options.
