مدى فاعلية نموذجsherrodبالتنبؤ بالفشل المالي في المؤسسات المدرجة في البورصة –دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال للفترة(2019-2016)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار قدرة النسب المالية المستخرجة من القوائم المالية للمؤسسات على التنبؤ بالفشل المالي، واتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسات والحد من الأزمات التي قد تتعرض لها، والبحث عن البدائل الملائمة لتفادي الفشل المالي، حيث تم تطبيق نموذج Sherrodعلى مجمع صيدال، وذلك اعتمادا على البيانات المالية لهذه المؤسسة خلال الفترة(2019-2016). ولقد خلصت الدراسة في الأخير من خلال نتائج تحليل نموذج Sherrod صعوبة في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي كون قيم Z المحققة كانت محصورة بين 5 و20 وهي منطقة حرجة يصعب فيها الحكم على الوضع المالي للمجمع. This study aims attesting the ability of financial ratios derived from the financial statements of institution in predicting financial failure, making decisions in economic institution and reducing the crises that may be experienced by applying prediction model Sherrod. This model is dropped to the Saidal group based on the financial statements of this group for the period(2016-2019). Finaly, the study concluded through the resulted of analysis of the Sherrod model showed difficulty in forecasting financial failure because Z values are between 20>Z>5 which is critical area in which is difficult to judge the financial position of the group.
