خصوصية الثقافة الوطنية ومكانتها في التدريب العابر للثقافات: دولة الصين الشعبية نموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية الثقافات الوطنية في عملية تدريب المغتربين وإكسابهم كفاءة متعددة الثقافات تمكنهم من مواجهة تحديات البيئة الجديدة. ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تدريب المغتربين ينبغي أن يركز على البعد الثقافي والخصائص الثقافية للبلد المضيف لاسيما بين الدول التي تتباعد ثقافيا وأن الاغتراب ضمن السياق الثقافي المختلف يتطلب الإلمام بأبعاد الثقافة الوطنية وفهم قيمها حتى يتم تعديل السلوك التنظيمي بشكل فعال. specificity of national cultures in the process of training expatriates and providing them with a cross-cultural competency that enables them to face the challenges of the new environment. The results of this study conclude that expatriates training should focus on the cultural dimension and cultural characteristics of the host country, especially between countries that diverge culturally, and that expatriation within a different cultural context requires familiarity with the dimensions of national culture and understanding its values in order to effectively adjust organizational behavior.
