وعد بلفور خلفياته التاريخية و تداعيـاته على المنـطقة العربية (1917-1920)

Résumé: يعد وعد بلفور نقطة تحول كبيرة في تاريخ فلسطين الحديث، من خلاله أمسكت بريطانيا قبضتها على فلسطين ومنحت الحق لليهود في تأسيس وطن يجمع شتاتهم ،اذ يعتبر وعد بلفور أول وثيقة خطية تاريخـية يحصل عليها اليهود من بريطانيا تعترف بحقهم في فلسطين، وكانت اطماع بريطانيا تتمثل في استمالة العناصر الصهيونية القوية في سائر أنحاء العالم إلى جانب الحلفاء خاصة لكسب عطـف يهود أمريكا إضافة إلى جعل فلسطين - المتاخمة لقـناة السويس- ومن ثم الدفاع عن مصالحها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، إلا أن آثاره كانت وخيمة بالنسبة للفلسطينيين ،حيث ساهم في تكريس وجود الكيان الصهيوني في قلب العالم العربي. Balfour's Historical Background and its Repercussions on the Arab Region(1917-1920) Abstract: Balfour’s Declaration is considered as a major turning point in the history of modern Palestine, through which Britain held its hold on Palestine and granted the right to the Jews to establish a homeland that gathers their diaspora. Balfour’s Declaration is the first historical written document obtained by Jews from Britain which admits their rights in Palestine. Britain's ambition was to entice strong Zionist elements around the world, along with the Allies, to gain the sympathy of American Jewry, and to make Palestine - adjacent to the Suez Canal - and then defend its interests in the Middle East, but its effects were dire for the Palestinians in perpetuating the existence of the Zionist entity in the heart of the Arab world.
