دور التعليم المقاولاتي الجامعي في توجيه الطلبة نحو المقاولاتية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة البرامج التعليمية الجامعية في تفعيل الرغبة نحو التوجه المقاولاتى لدى الطلبة، وكذا التعرف فيما إذا كانت المعارف والمؤهلات المكتسبة من طرف الجامعة تسمح للطلبة بالشروع في تنفيذ مشروعهم الخاص، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أهمها أن التكوين الجامعي يساهم في تفعيل الرغبة في التوجه نحو المقاولاتية، مع تأكيد الطلبة على رغبتهم بشكل جاد في البدء في مشاريع مقاولاتية، وقد حفزهم على ذلك تعليمهم الجامعي. كلمات مفتاحية: مقاولاتية؛ ثقافة المقاولاتية؛ التعليم مقاولاتي. Abstract: This study aims to find out the extent to which university educational programs contribute to activating the desire towards entrepreneurial orientation among students, as well as to identify whether the knowledge and qualifications acquired by the university allow students to initiate the implementation of their own project. The university training contributes to activating the desire to go towards entrepreneurship, with the students confirming their desire seriously to start entrepreneurial projects, and their university education has motivated them to do so.
