جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية المرتكبة بحق الفلسطينيين في ضوء نظام روما الأساسي

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية والأفعال التي أدرجها القانون الدولي الجنائي تحت هذا المسمى، للمساهمة في حصر جرائم العدو الإسرائيلي في فلسطين ؛ لما لذلك الأمر من أهمية قصوى من جهة القانون الجنائي الدولي. في الوقت الذي حان فيه محاسبة إسرائيل عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة في فلسطين. وقد أظهر تناول هذا الموضوع أن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي قد تفنن في كسر قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وكل العهود والمواثيق والأعراف الدولية، فاقترف أبشع الجرائم التي تختص بالنظر فيها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، وهذا راجع لخطورتها الماسة بالذات البشرية التي تعتبر محور أساسي أو نواة المجتمع الدولي. Abstract : This study aims to define the crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity and the acts listed by international criminal law under this name, in order to contribute to enumerating the crimes of the Israeli enemy in Palestine. Because of this of the utmost importance in terms of international criminal law. the time has come to hold Israel accountable for the grave violations in Palestine. The handling of this topic showed that the Israeli occupation has mastered the breaking of the rules of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, and all international covenants, charters and norms, and committed the most heinous crimes that are considered by the International Criminal Court, and this is due to its severe seriousness in the human self, which is considered the main focus or core The international community.
