Extraction Et Activité Antioxydants Des Composes Phénoliques Des Parties Aériennes Du Ruta Chalepensis

Résumé: Our work focuses on studies of the phytochemistry and antioxidant activity of crude extracts of the aerial parts of Ruta chalepensis in the Adrar region. The extraction of phenolic compounds from the aerial parts of the plant was carried out using methanol with distilled water (V/V: 70/30) by double maceration. The results obtained show that the crude extract has a yield of 40% for the flowers, and 30% for the leaves, and 16% for the stems. The quantitative estimate of total polyphenols and flavonoids is developed by the Folin-Ciocalteu method and the aluminum trichloride method, shows that the crude extract is rich in these compounds: leaves (11.76mgEAG/g; 11. 74mgEC/g); flowers and stems (11.1mgEAG/g; 11.09mgEC/g) respectively Similarly, the crude extracts showed remarkable DPPH free radical scavenging power (IC50 is 0.015mg/mL for the leaves, 0.02mg/mL for the flowers and 0.037mg/mL for the stems
