واقع الشمول المالي في المغرب العربي -دراسة مقارنة: الجزائر، تونس والمغرب-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الشمول المالي في دول المغرب العربي، من خلال دراسة كل من مفهوم الشمول المالي، ركائزه وأهميته، إلى جانب تحليل المؤشرات الجزئية له في دول المغرب العربي ومقارنتها ببعضها البعض. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود تفاوت بسيط بين دول المغرب العربي فيما يتعلق بالمؤشرات الجزئية للشمول المالي ما جعلها تصنف ضمن مجموعة الدول ذات الشمول المالي المتوسط، الأمر الذي يستلزم ضرورة تفعيل ميكانيزمات قادرة على تدعيمه ورفع مستوياته. The aim of this study is to shed the light on the reality of financial inclusion in the Arab’s Maghreb Countries by studying the concept of financial inclusion, its pillars and its importance as well as the analysis of the partial indicators in the Arab Maghreb countries and comparing them with each other. The study found a slight discrepancy between the Arab Maghreb counties concerning the partial indicators of financial inclusion that classified them within the average financial inclusion countries .
The fact that reveals the necessity to activate some mechanisms that have the ability to strengthen and upgrade its levels.
