Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية:الهدف من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على مقاومة الكاهنة التي تعتبر نموذجا للمرأة المقاومة إعتقادا منها بأن المسلمين الذين جاءوا إلى بلاد المغرب الأوسط لم يقدموا إليها إلا لجمع الغنائم، بدلا من أن تفهم المغزى الحقيقي للفتوحات التي كانت تهدف إلى تحقيق الغرض الأسمى وهو نشر الإسلام وإنقاذهم من الجهل الدامس وإخراجهم من الوثنية الظلماء، إشتهرت هذه المرأة بلقب الكاهنة وبمقاومتها للفتوحات الإسلامية في بلاد المغرب فكان لها حرب الأخذ والرد مع قائد جيش المسلمين حسان بن النعمان الغساني أثبتت فيه المرأة المقاومة التي دافعت بكل ماتملك وبكل قوة على بلادها ورفضت الإستسلام واختارت القتال حتى الموت. Abstract: The aim of this research is to shed light on the resistance of the Al kahina(priestess), who is considered a model of the resistance woman, in the belief that the Muslims who came to the countries of the Middle Maghreb did not come to them except to collect the spoils, instead of understanding the true meaning of the conquests that were aimed at achieving the ultimate purpose of spreading Islam and saving them. Out of complete ignorance and their expulsion from dark paganism, this woman was known as the Al kahina(priestess) and for her resistance to the Islamic conquests in the Maghreb, She had a war of give-and-take with the leader of the Muslim army, Hassan bin al-Numan al-Ghassani, in which the woman proved the resistance who defended with all she had and with all her strength over her country, refused to surrender and chose to fight to the death.
