التوظيف السياسي للتنظيمات الجهادية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط

Résumé: الملخص: نحاول من خلال هذا المقال التطرق إلى معضلة التنظيمات الجهادية في الشرق الأوسط وكيف توظفها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سياسيا، ولذلك، سنتطرق إلى الإستراتيجية التي اعتمدت عليها هذه القوة العظمى للقضاء على هذه التنظيمات والتي هي الفوضى الخلاقة التي تعتبر خلاقة لها وهدامة للدول العربية، وبذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه هذه التنظيمات بمختلف أجيالها وبالأخص جيل القاعدة في بداية الألفية الجديدة وجيل داعش بعد الحراك السياسي العربي في تجسيد المشاريع السياسية الأجنبية وفقا لإستراتيجية الفوضى الخلاقة الأمريكية، فقد وظفت هذه التنظيمات كوسيلة لتحقيق أهداف القوى الخارجية في المنطقة، وعليه خرجت الدراسة بمقترحات من أجل المحاربة الفعلية لهذه التنظيمات كون أن سياسة التدخل من أجل القضاء عليها لم تصل إلى الأهداف المرجوة بل أججت الصراعات وأدت إلى تنامي هذه التنظيمات وهذا يخدم الدول المتدخلة. Abstract: Through this article, we try to address the dilemma of jihadist organizations in the middle east and how the united states of America employs them politically, therefore, we will address the strategy that this superpower relied on to eliminate these organizations which is the creative chaos, thus, this study aims to show the pivotal role that these organizations play in their various generations, especially the al-Qaida generation and the generation of ISIS in embodying foreign political projects according to this strategy , these organizations were employed as a means to achieve the goals of the external forces in the region, and accordingly the study came out with proposals for the actual fight against these organizations, since the policy of intervention in order to eliminate them did not reach the desired goals.
