أثر الأقساط المتنازل عنها في إطار عمليات إعادة الـتأمين على هامش الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية – دراسة قياسية للفترة (2009 -2018)-

Résumé: تعتبر شركات التأمين من أكثر المؤسسات المالية عرضة لخطر الإفلاس، نتيجة للدور البالغ الذي تقوم به من خلال تغطية مختلف الأخطار التي تتعرض لها جميع الوحدات الاقتصادية، مما يؤدي بها إلى مواجهة العديد من المخاطر ولعل أبرزها عدم القدرة على الوفاء بالتزاماتها، لذا فهي تسعى جاهدة للحفاظ على ملائتها المالية من خلال عدة إجراءات تقوم بها، من بينها التنازل عن الأخطار التي تفوق طاقتها الاستيعابية لمعيدي التأمين وفق برنامج يناسب أهدافها مع مراعاة الحدود القانونية المفروضة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر حجم الأقساط المتنازل عنها في إطار عمليات إعادة التأمين على هامش ملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية خلال الفترة 2009-2018، وذلك من خلال استخدام بيانات بانل، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي بين حجم الأقساط المتنازل عنها وهامش الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية، حيث كلما زادت الأقساط المتنازل عنها في إطار عمليات إعادة التأمين يزداد هامش الملاءة المالية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية، والعكس صحيح. Insurance companies are one of the most financial institutions at risk of insolvency; due to its important role in covering various risks. This creates many issues, with the most significant being the risk of not being able to meet commitments, therefore insurance companies strive to maintain their solvency through various measures, more particularly by cedes risks under reinsurance, according to a program that is relevant to its purposes in view of the legal limits The aim of this study is to measure the impact of reinsurance ceded premiums on the solvency margin of Algerian insurance companies between 2009 and 2018 through the use of panel data. We concluded that there is a positive impact between the reinsurance ceded premiums and the solvency margin of the Algerian insurance companies. The more the reinsurance ceded premiums the more the solvency margin increase in the Algerian insurance companies and vice versa
