دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الإعلان على الخدمات السياحية "الفايس بوك انموذجا"

Résumé: This research aims to identify the role that social media sites play in advertising tourism services . As an important promotional tool, advertising is particularly important in attracting the attention of tourists to visiting sites and developing their tourism scientific knowledge. To achieve the objectives of the study, we have designed a questionnaire for the collection of raw data, which was distributed to a random class sample of 49 individual represented by respondents in social media sites. In the analysis of the data we relied on the statistical Packages program for social sciences SPSS. Statistical methods were used to understand the perceptions of the sample members about social media sites and advertise tourism services. Keywords: Social networking Sites, Tourism Services, Advertising, Facebook يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الإعلان عن الخدمات السياحية، حيث أن الإعلان احد الوسائل الترويجية المهمة ،فهو يشكل أهمية خاصة في جذب انتباه السياح لزيارة المواقع وتطوير المعرفة العلمية السياحية لديهم ،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من 49 مفردة ممثلة من مبحوثين مشتركين في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ،أما في تحليل البيانات فقد اعتمدنا على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ، حيث تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية لمعرفة تصورات أفراد العينة حول مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلان عن الخدمات السياحية . الكلمات المفتاحية: مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، الخدمات السياحية، الإعلان، الفايس بوك
