منهج المدرسة المالكية المغربية من خلال كتاب "التوضيح" لأبي إسحاق خليل

Résumé: واشتمل البحث على ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة على النحو التالي:  المبحث الأول: نبذة عن خليل-رحمه الله-. وكانت لمحة عن حياة الشيخ خليل فقد تكلمت عن مولده وطلبه للعلم وعرجت عن شيوخه الذين أخذوا منهم العلم وتلاميذه الذين أخذوا منه العلم وأهم كتبه وثناء العلماء عليه ووفاته.  المبحث الثاني: نبذة عن الكتاب: وقسمته لمطلبين المطلب الأول تناولت فيه توثيق نسبة الكتاب للمؤلف وأهميته. والمطلب الثاني منهج الشيخ خليل -رحمه الله- في كتابه.  المبحث الثالث: المدرسة المغربية: وتكلمت عن أبرز أعلام هذه المدرسة وعن أبرز مميزات وخصائص فقه الحديث عندها مع أملثتها التطبيقية من كتاب "التوضيح". This reaserch takes three quested and conclusion in this way The first quested a glance about Khalili r.i.p – it is a glance about the Khalils life ,his birth and his creer to learn besides his teachers and his students and finaly his books and the compliment of the other scientists about him and at the end his death The second quest a glance about the book and its two quests at first it talks about the documentation of the book to its writer at second his method on that book The third quest the Magaribiya Shcool and doctrine of Hadith it talked about its main charactiristics and there practical examples from the book
