دلالة التأويل وقوانينه في تفسير القرطبي -دراسة وصفية تحليلية-

Résumé: يحاول هذا المقال أن يدرس التأويل عند الإمام محمد بن أحمد القرطبي (ت671) في تفسيره "الجامع لأحكام القرآن"، وذلك انطلاقا من تحديد دلالات كلمة " تأويل" من خلال استعماله لها في كتابه، مرورا باستقراء القوانين التي اعتمد عليها في ممارسته التأويلية، انتهاء بتحليل نماذج لبيان كيفية تطبيقه لتلك القوانين التي قررها، وذلك في سبيل إثبات أصالة المبحث التأويلي ورصد آلياته في التراث العربي والإسلامي وفق الضوابط والشروط التي تأسس عليها التأويل عند العلماء من مفسرين وأصوليين وغيرهم. Abstract: This article attempts to study the interpretation in the book of Al- Imam Al-Qurtubi “Al-jami’ li-Ahkam Al-Qur’an”, starting from defining the meanings of the word “interpretation” through his use of it in his book, passing through the exploration of the interpretative laws that he relied on in his interpretative practice, ending with an analysis of interpretive models To demonstrate how he applies the laws that he adopted in his book, And that is in order to prove the authenticity of the interpretative topic and monitor its mechanisms in the Arabic and Islamic heritage.
