التمثلات الاجتماعية لظروف العمل لدى عمال النظافة . دراسة ميدانية بحظيرة البلدية لولاية سطيف

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز جوانب من تمثلات العمل لدى عمال النظافة لظروف العمل ( الفيزيقية، التنظيمية، النفسية والاجتماعية) . وتم لتحقيق هذا الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و إتباع كل من الملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية تتمثل في (30) مفردة من عمال النظافة التابعين للبلدية بولاية سطيف، وبعد إجراء الدراسة الميدانية تم التوصل إلى أن أغلبية عمال النظافة يحملون تمثلات اجتماعية سلبية تجاه ظروف عملهم لما لها من آثار سلبية على صحتهم الجسدية والنفسية. The study aims at highlighting aspects of the work representations of the cleaners regarding the working conditions (physical, organizational, psychological and social). To achieve this, the use of the descriptive method was based on the following observations and interviews as a tool to collect data from a random sample of (30) individual cleaners from the municipality of Sétif. After conducting the field study, it was concluded that the majority of the cleaners had negative social representations towards their work conditions, which have negative effects on their physical and psychological health.
