استراتيجية التكفل النفسي بالأطفال الذين يعانون من النشاط الحركي الزائد ونقص الانتباه

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع استراتيجية التكفل النفسي بالطفل ذو النشاط الحركي الزائد ونقص الانتباه / الاندفاعية، وعليه تم اجراء الدراسة على أسرة لديها طفل مشخص باضطراب فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه يبلغ من العمر 9 سنوات بمؤسسة ابتدائية تابعة لولاية تلمسان وثم متابعتهم لعدة أشهر و التكفل بهم و ادماج المعلم والأسرة في سيرورة التكفل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج العيادي ومجموعة من الأدوات تتضمن المقابلة والملاحظة العيادية ،وسلم قياس كورنرز القبلي و البعدي ،وتقنية شبكة التداعي للآباء لمعرفة التصورات الذهنية نحو الطفل واختبار التحليل النسقي لجماعة الانتماء ثم طبقنا العلاج النسقي البنائي لمينوشن ، ووصلنا في نهاية العمل بأن التكفل النفسي السلوكي المدعم بالعلاج النسقي البنائي وتوجيه المعلمين يساهم في التخفيف من أعراض النشاط الحركي الزائد ونقص الانتباه. The aim of the study is to know the effectiveness of psychological care strategy for a child with hyperactivity and attention deficit/ impulsivity disorder. This study done on a family have a child in 9 years diagnoses with ADHD at in a primary school in Tlemcen state. We follow this family and take care of their in several months, and we make collaboration between family and the teacher in this process. The study use the clinical method by using the interview, clinical observation, the corners scale (pre-post assessment), the association technique for parents to determine their mental representations toward the child, and the systemic analysis test within group affiliation. Then we apply the systemically therapy of Minuchin. The result showed that there is an effectiveness of psychological – behavioral care that support by systemic therapy andteacher guidance in reduce ADHD symptoms.
