تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة وأثرها في مقاومة الصمت التنظيمي لدى موظفي مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية -دراسة حالة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير والعلوم التجارية بجامعة تيبازة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى اختبار أثر تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في مقاومة الصمت التنظيمي الذي تم قياسه بـ ( صمت الإذعان الصمت الدفاعي و الصمت الاجتماعي) لدى موظفي معهد العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير والعلوم التجارية بالمركز الجامعي تيبازة، تم اختبار عينة ميسرة لمجموعة من الموظفين بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، حيث تم توزيع 70 استبيان واسترجع منهم 65 استبيان وبعد تحليل بيانات الدراسة بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss25، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستويات تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة وأبعاد الصمت التنظيمي تباينت بين المتوسط و العال، كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا يوجد أثر مباشر لتقنيات الاتصال الحديثة على مقاومة الصمت التنظيمي ، وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التفسيرات والتوصيات ذات الصلة بالموضوع. This study aims to test the effect of modern communication technique on resisting organizational silence that was measured by ( obedience silence,defensive silence and social silence ) among the staff of the institute of Economic Sciences , Management Sciences and Commercial Sciences at the at the University Centre of Tipaza the questionnaires as a tool to collect data ,70 questionnaires were distributed and 65 questionnaires were retrieved from them,and after analyzing the study data by relying on the statistical analysis program spss25 ,the study concluded that the levels of modern communication technologies and the dimensions of organizational silence varied between medium and the results of the study comfirmed that there is no direct effect of modern communication technologies on Resisting organizational silence the study has a set of interpretations and recommendations related to the topic.
