دور نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في تحليل البيئة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات- تبسة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في عملية تحليل البيئة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال ،انطلاقا من الكشف عن أهمية نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية من خلال ما يحيط منظمات الأعمال من منافسة حالية ومستقبلية تحتاج إلى المعلومات الإستراتيجية الكافية والتي تعد المغذي الرئيسي والحيوي للقرارات الإستراتيجية من أجل بناء أو تطوير مزايا تنافسية تحقق لها تفوق تنافسي يمكّن المنظمة من مواجهة القوى التنافسية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن استخدام نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في تحليل البيئة التنافسية لشركة مناجم الفوسفات- تبسة والخروج بالمعلومات الإستراتيجية اللازمة لاختيار الإستراتيجية التنافسية المناسبة. This study aimed to highlight the importance of strategic information systems in the process of analyzing the competitive environment of business organizations, starting from revealing the importance of strategic information systems through what surrounds business organizations from current and future competition that needs sufficient strategic information, which is the main and vital feeder of strategic decisions in order to build Or developing competitive advantages that achieve competitive advantage that enables the organization to face competitive forces. The study concluded that strategic information systems can be used to analyze the competitive environment of the Phosphate Mines Company - Tebessa and exit with Matt needed to choose the right strategy and competitive strategy.
