دور القيادة السياسية في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي

Résumé: هناك العديد من الأدبيات السياسية التي تناولت مفهوم القيادة والعلاقة بين القيادة ، وخاصة القيادة السياسية ، والعديد من المفاهيم الأخرى ، وعلى رأسها مفهوم ألاستقرار السياسي ، تركز هذه الدراسة على محددات دور القيادة في عملية الاستقرار السياسي ، بحيث يكون للقيادة مجموعة من الأهداف الواضحة نابعة من فهم طبيعة المجتمع ومتطلباته لتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي. ولن يتحقق ذلك بدون قائد مصمم على تلبية احتياجات مجتمعه ، ويتمتع بوعي وقدر كبير من المرونة في التعامل مع المستجدات والتأثيرات الخارجية والمتغيرات الداخلية ، وقادر على مواجهة ما يعيق، الاستقرار السياسي في البلاد. في هذه الدراسة ، سنسلط الضوء على البرازيل ورواندا كمثال مثير للاهتمام. حيث نجد العديد من المزايا وخاصة التنوع العرقي.
