Résumé: يستعرض البحث في جزئه الأول دراسة وصفية تاريخية لملتقيات الفكر الإسلامي، التي كانت تنظمها الجزائر أيام الحكم الاشتراكي بحضور كبار المفكرين الإسلاميين من بقاع العالم، والتي توفرت خلالها فرص اجتماع العلماء في جو من الحرية ونوقشت خلالها مواضيع هامة ومصيرية، فكانت ذات استقطاب علمي متميز، وتأصيل واقعي للاجتهاد الجماعي. In its first part, the research presents a historical descriptive study of the meetings of Islamic thought, which were organized by Algeria during the days of socialist rule, in the presence of leading Islamic thinkers from all parts of the world. Realistic for collective effort.
