-دور طريق الحرير الجديد في تنمية التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية -مقاربة تحليلية للعلاقات التجارية الجزائرية الصينية

Résumé: هدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان العلاقات التجارية بين الجزائر و الصين خاصة بعد قيام هذه الأخيرة بمبادرة "الحزام و الطريق" سنة 2013، و مدى استفادة الجزائر من طريق الحرير الجديد أم أن المستفيد الأكبر هو دولة الصين باعتبارها أضحت المُصدّر الأول للجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة متفوقة بذلك على فرنسا التي احتلت لسنوات المرتبة الأولى بين مموني الجزائر. أُستخدم المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي لاستعراض حيثيات و أسباب و تحديات قيام مبادرة الحزام و الطريق و تحليل الأرقام و البيانات المتعلقة بالمبادلات التجارية بين البلدين كما استخدم المنهج التاريخي في بعض الأحيان لسرد وقائع إنشاء طريق الحرير و تناول الجانب التاريخي أيضا للعلاقات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الصينية. This research aims to explain the commercial relations between Algeria and China, especially after China launched the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2013, and the extent to which Algeria has benefited from the new Silk Road, or is the state of China the biggest beneficiary, as it has become the leading exporter to Algeria in recent years. Outperforming France, which has been the first place among the suppliers of Algeria for years. The descriptive and analytical approach was used to review the terms, causes and challenges of establishing the Belt and Road initiative and analyze data related to trade exchanges between the two countries. The historical method was also used in some cases to narrate the facts of the establishment of the Silk Road and also to study the historical aspect of the Algerian-Chinese economic relations.
