واقع المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال الحماية المدنية دراسة ميدانية بوحدات الحماية المدنية بورقلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية عن الكشف في مستوى المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عينة من عمال الحماية المدنية بورقلة ممثلة في (عمال التدخلات الميدانية/ عمال الجانب الإداري)، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من 120 عامل بوحدات الحماية المدنية بورقلة ( الرئيسية/ الثانوية), وقد إتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتناسبه مع الدراسة, كما استعملنا الاستبانة لجمع البيانات, واستخدامنا مقياس المواطنة التنظيمية, والتي تم بنائه بالإطلاع على الدراسات والإطار النظري, وبعد التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام النظام الإحصائي (SPSS 19), توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية إلى أن مستوى المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بوحدات ورقلة كان مرتفعا, كما أنه توجد فروق في مستوى المواطنة التنظيمية باختلاق الأقدمية والسن. الكلمات المفتاح: المواطنة، المواطنة التنظيمية، الواقع، عمال الحماية المدنية. Abstract : The study aimed to reveal the level of the organizational citizenship in a sample of civil protection workers in Ouargla. It is represented in (field interventions workers/ administrative workers). The sample of research contains 120 workers in civil protection of Ouargla; the principal and the secondary units. In this study we have followed the descriptive analytical method because it suits this topic. Also, we use the questionnaire to collect data. Then, we have used the organizational citizenship module; which is done on the light of the studies and the theoretical framework. Next, the statistical analysis by using the statistical system (SPPS19). So, we get that; the level of the organizational citizenship for civil protection workers was so high.
