واقع التكوين المهني في دمج سوسيومهني للفئات الهشة من المجتمع الجزائر ولاية بسكرة نموذجا من 2004 إلى2011

Résumé: يعتبر التكوين المهني من بين القطاعات المهمة في دمج سوسيومهني كل فئات المجتمع، لهذا تبرز أهمية الموضوع في الخدمات التكوينية التي يقدمها قطاع التكوين المهني بولاية بسكرة لفئات هشة، فكان هدف الورقة البحثية التعرف على دور التكوين المهني اتجاه هذه الفئات، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم توصل إليها أن التكوين المهني بولاية بسكرة عرف تطورات ملحوظ من 2004 إلى 2011 خاصة بالنسبة لفئات الثلاثة فئة المرأة الماكثة بالبيت وفئة السجناء، وفئة المعاقين وهذا بفضل الجهود المبذولة من طرف القطاع التكوين المهني بالولاية . Study Summary The vocational training is one of the important sectors responsible of the socio-economic integration of all segments of society. This is the importance of this subject in the training services provided by the vocational training sector in the town of Biskra to the fragile categories of people. Therefore, the aim of the paper is to identify the role of vocational training towards these groups. It is concluded that the vocational training centre in Biskra witnessed remarkable developments from 2004 to 2011, especially at the level of three categories: home-working women and prisoners, in addition to the category of the disabled people. This is thanks to the efforts done by the responsible of the sector in the town
